How do I buy tickets for EXIT UNIVERSE events?
You can only get tickets via our official ticket link in the event description or via our socials (link in bio). Attention: We do not sell tickets through third parties – avoid resellers and fake profiles.
Is there a box office?
Generally not. EXIT UNIVERSE is predominantly pre-sale only. If there is a box office, we will announce it beforehand on Instagram.
What is the minimum age to participate?
Admission from 21 years. There are no exceptions – no special regulations.
What genres of music are played at EXIT UNIVERSE?
Hard Groove, Industrial Techno, hypnotic & experimental. Our artists bring intense, physical sound – far from the mainstream.
How do I find out the line-up?
We publish the line-up via: • Instagram • Event page • Newsletter For some shows, the line-up deliberately remains partially secret.
Where do the events take place?
We host EXIT UNIVERSE in Hamburg, Berlin, and selected underground locations. You will usually receive the exact address with the ticket or in good time beforehand via the event information.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
Yes, in all regular locations. We will announce information in advance for special off-location raves (e.g. industrial halls, bunkers).
Can I return my ticket?
Tickets are generally non-refundable, but contact us directly in such a case.
Are there photo and video bans?
We focus on a respectful club culture. Therefore, a strict no photo policy applies.
What security rules apply?
EXIT stands for a safe, respectful environment:
